A Review and Evaluation on the Psychological Health Status of Psychiatric Nurses of Different Sexes
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To synthesize the previous researches on the contradiction of the conclusion on the present mental health of psychiatric nurses of different sexes.Methods:By reading the relevant articles on the existing Chinese database,the method in this article included some specific articles into standard,and the author finally got 11 qualified papers and used Meta to analyze the data.Results:Male nurses were more sensitive,and paranoid and their psychotic factor score was significantly higher than that of female nurses(P ＜0.05)in interpersonal relationship,but there was no significant difference on the remaining factors;The effects of different genders' factors on the publication date were not obvious(P＞0.05),but the effects on the first half of the time was bigger than that on the latter half of the time.Conclusion:Male nurses' psychiatric mental health condition is worse than female nurses,especially in interpersonal relationship,including sensitivity,depression,paranoid and psychotic aspects;the difference between psychiatric male nurses and female nurses on mental condition is shrinking over time,but it still remains at a relatively stable state.关键词
