Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing care of patients with coronary heart disease under the"ZHI-JI"health management mode.Methods:From January 2014 to January 2016,94 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected to be the study subj ects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group were 47 cases,the control group were 47cases.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with a bosom friend health management on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 3 months from the exercise,diet,medication and health education.After the end of nursing,the two groups of patients with SAQ score,quality of life and patient satisfaction and other aspects of the relevant indicators were statistically analyzed.Results:The difference of limb function limit, stable angina pectoris,frequency of angina pectoris,patient satisfaction and patient's disease cognition were signifi-cantly higher in the observation growp than those in the control group(t=2.470,2.246,2.441,2.662,2.113;P<0.05).The scores of limb function,mental function,material life and social function of observation group were signifi-cantly higher than those of control group(t=2.113,2.315,2.346,2.470;P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the ob-servation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.814,P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with coronary heart disease outpatient,"ZHIJI"health management nurs-ing can promote the body recovery,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.关键词
