Abstract
Objective:To screen the personality disorders,and then to analyze the influence factors of positive rate of personality disorders during the military training among male recruits.Methods:A cross—sectional survey was conducted on the newly recruited soldiers in the year of 2013.Results:We analyzed 3,984 male recruits.The total score(S.D.)of personality disorders in male recruits was 16.83(10.85),and the the total positive rate of personality disorders was 12.9%.The positive rate of compulsive personality disorder was the highest(35.1%),while the posi-tive rate of the dependent personality disorder was the lowest(3.4%).Family rearing method of democracy,self—re-ported good health status and higher family income were protective factors of the positive rate of personality disor-ders.The family rearing methods of indulgent and ignore were risk factors of personality disorders.The three factors of tenacity,strength and optimism and the total score of psychological resilience were significantly higher in the par-ticipants with negative rate of personality disorders than that in those with positive rate of personality disorders.Con-clusion:Personality tendency of the male recruits in the army is better than other recruits and some college students. Individualized management and appropriate psychological intervention should be taken to improve the psychological health level of different recruits.关键词
