密度与施氮量对大豆细胞质雄性不育系结实率及制种产量的影响
Effects of Density and Nitrogen Application Amount on Seed-setting Rate and Seed Production Yield of Soybean Cytoplasmic Male Sterile Line

Abstract
In order to improve seed production yield of hybrid soybean sterile line,tests for hybrid seed production were conducted in Taonan Experiment State of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences,in 2011 and 2012.JLCMS34A of soybean cytoplasmic male sterile line was used as female parent,and JLCMS34B of its homo-maintain line as male parent.Effects of 9 treatments on seed-setting rate of sterile line,hybrid seed production and yield components were studied by designs of three densities (64,128 and 192 kg/hm2) and three nitrogen application amounts in base fertilizer (100,200 and 300 kg/hm2).The results showed that density significantly affected seed-setting rate and seed yield of sterile line.Seed-setting rate gradually declined with the increase of density.Seed-setting rate was the highest at 100 thousand plants/hm2,while hybrid seed production yield was thehighest when density was 150 thousand plants/hm2.In 2011,the interaction between density and nitrogen application amount had significant effects on seed-setting rate.The highest seed-setting rate was 67.28% when 100 thousand plants/hm2 of density was combined with 64 kg/hm2 nitrogen application amount in base fertilizer.However,the interaction between density and nitrogen application amount had no significant effects on hybrid seed production yield.Hybrid seed production yield was the highest,up to 1 395.72 kg/hm2,when 150 thousand plants/hm2 of density was combined with 128 kg/hm2 nitrogen application amount in base fertilizer.Moreover,nitrogen application amount also had no significant effects on seed-setting rate and hybrid production yield of sterile line,and the interaction variance was not obvious.关键词
