摘要

Abstract

A pot experiment was conducted to study the impacts of different bulk density,moisture content and periodic sowing on rhizosphere soil enzyme activity,microbial biomass carbon and microbial biomass nitrogen in maize seedling stage at the Experimental Farm of Jilin Agricultural University.The results showed that bulk density,moisture content,sowing date and three interactions had significant effects on rhizosphere soil enzyme activity,microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content in maize seedling stage.Late sowing and high moisture content could significantly improve the rhizosphere soil enzyme activity,microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content in maize seedling stage.For rhizosphere soil microbial activity,the optimum bulk density is 1.3 g/cm3,and the best treatment is B1.3M70T2.
