带下病的“同功穴”分析
Analysis of "analogical acupoint" of leukorrhagia
摘要
Abstract
Objective Analysis and arrangement for acupoints mainly for treating leukorrhagia in modern textbooks of acupuncture and moxibustion.And get the law of"analogical acupoint" in treating leukorrhagia.Methods Through the network,artificial retrieval and many kinds of ways,searching in the textbook of acupoint indications of leukorrhagia,carrying on the meridian,location,frequency and regular spectrum analysis.Contrasting the regular spectrum and "National Standards·Acupoints GB\T30233-2013".Results Through literature search,there are a total of 53 acupoints in treating leukorrhagia of 30 acupuncture teaching materials.The frequency range of 30 ～～ 26 (100％ ～ 86.66％) points have 16,as the first order spectrum.The frequency rang of 25～6(83.33％-20.00％) acupoints have 17,as the secondary spectrum;The frequency rang of 3～1(10.00％ ～ 3.33％) have 20,as the third spectrum.From the view of meridian,the bladder meridian acupoints are accounted for 18.86％ of the total,and the liver meridian are accounted for 15.09％ of the total.From the position of view,lower limbs acupoints are accounted for 45.28％ of the total number of points;From the point of view of the regular spectrum,there are 53 analogical acupoint in the treatment of leukorrhagia in "National Standards · Acupoints GB\T30233-2013".There are 16 points in a spectrum,accounting for 30.18％,there are 17 points accounted for 32.07％ in secondary spectrum,there are 20 pointsin the triple spectrum,accounting for 37.73％.Attending leukorrhagia "analogical acupoint" in 30 acupuncture teaching materials and indications of leukorrhagia in "National Standards·Acupoints GB\T30233-2013" are highly consistent.关键词
