田耀洲教授治疗便秘型肠易激综合征
Professor TIAN Yaozhou in the treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Professor TIAN Yaozhou considers the pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome with constipation type(C-IBS) is complexis.At present,it is thought that the pathogenesis is related to the disorder of gastrointestinal motility,changes of microbial group,visceral hypersensitivity and neuroendocrine dysfunction of brain gut axis.C-IBS belongs to Chinese medicine "abdominal pain","constipation" category,which is closely related to liver and spleen,mainly reflects emotional poor,liver depression and loss of blood and body fluid,intestinal loss of moisture,spleen moved by the liver qi,so the spleen is damaged,which lead to intestinal conduction weakness and constipation.In clinical,This disease mainly characterized by "abdominal pain" and "constipation",treatment is given priority to with transport spleen and flexible liver,clinical with card to add and subtract.In the daily life to maintain an optimistic and balanced state of mind,regular defecation,strengthen the training and levator ani training,practicing abdomen rubbing and eating foods rich in fiber and fat,comprehensive treatment.关键词
