张骠教授防治儿童感染后咳嗽
Professor ZHANG Biao in the treatment of children's post infectious cough
摘要
Abstract
Post infections cough (PIC) as a common disease in pediatrics is one of the main causes of chronic cough in children.Professor ZHANG Biao deems that the key mechanisms of pediatric PIC are lung-spleen deficiency as root and wind-phlegm resistance as superficial,according to children's physiological and pathological characteristics and combining with clinical signs of PIC.The chief principle of treatment is to distinguish the order of priority,and regulate qi movement ofzangfu.Acute phase is given priority to the real and the treatment of which concentrates on releasing lungs inverse and resolving phlegm and relieving cough.Chronic remission is given priority to with the virtual and the treatment of which concentrates on supporting the healthy energy and removing more evil.The use of clinical medicine emphasizes that the dosage should be small and the drug property should be mild and gentle,the purpose of which is to cure disease and protect the qi of organ,which has achieved remarkable clinical effect.关键词
