通络熄风方加减辨治老年糖尿病合并急性脑卒中
Tongluo Xifeng Decoction in treating senile diabetic combined with acute stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongluo Xifeng Decoction in treating senile diabetes combined with acute stroke,in order to improve the curative effect.Methods 106 patients of senile diabetes combined with acute stroke in December 2009-2015 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups.Control group (53 cases) was given conventional western medicine treatment and observation group (53 cases) was added Tongluo Xifeng Decoction.Then,we have to observe the changes of relevant indicators after treatment.Results In terms of efficacy,the basic cure rate of control group is 18.87％ and total efficient is 79.25％.The basic cure rate of the observation group is 35.85％ and the total efficiency is 94.34％.The observation group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05).In Fib,D-D,FBG,HBAIC,the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment (P＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P＜0.05);The control group before and after treatment ofPt,ET-1,TXB2 and NO have no difference (P＞0.05),and the observation group after treatment of ET-1 and TXB2 decreased significantly and NO increased significantly (P＜0.05).After the treatment,the observation group of ET-1,TXB2 and NO significantly are better than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Tongluo Xifeng Decoction can improve vascular endothelial function in senile diabetes combined with acute stroke.关键词
