基于数据挖掘的中风先兆证证候规律研究
Syndrome rules of threatened apoplexy based on data mining technology
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the syndrome factors and occurrence regularityof threatened apoplexy.Methods The 142 patients with acute stroke were selected by cross-sectional study and syndrome principle was excavated by TCM inheritance auxiliary system.Results The frequency of clinical manifestations and correlation rules between symptoms of threatened apoplexy were cleared.The core symptoms were irritability or annoyance,transitory symptoms,dry throat with bitter taste,physically and mentally fatigued.The 14 symptom combinations were mined out.Conclusion Wind is the specific syndrome factor of threatened apoplexy.Heat and toxin are preamble stages and pathological basis.Negative emotion could worsen medical conditions.Diffuse clinical manifestation of heat and toxin with multiple risk factors is a significant warning sign of stroke.关键词
