消渴明目汤治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变
Treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy with Xiaoke Mingmu Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoke Mingmu Decoction in the treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy (DR).Methods 74 DR cases which selected from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into Xiaoke Mingmu Decoction group (n=38,74 eyes) and calcium dobesilate group (n=36,71 eyes) Xiaoke Mingmu Decoction and calcium dobesilate were given respectively.The two groups were all treated for 12 weeks.Observed the change of scores of TCM syndromes,visual acuity and fundus changes,and fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,glycosylated hemoglobin and so on before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate were 78.95％ and 72.22％ in Xiaoke Mingmu Decoction group and calcium dobesilate group respectively,the difference of the efficacy in the two groups had no significant (P＞0.05),the TCM syndromes after treatment in Xiaoke Mingmu Decoction group were significantly decreased than calcium dobesilate group at the same period (P＜0.05).Conclusion Xiaoke Mingmu Decoction can effectively relieve fundus microcirculation disturbance,blood vessels and blood flow changes,bleeding,exudation of DR patients关键词
