摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the protein expression of GAT 1,KCC2,GAD67,GABA in the hippocampus,the prefrontal cortex and the amygdala of post-traumatic stress disorder rats.Methods Using SPS method to establish the rat model with PTSD and divide into model group and normal group.To investigate the protein expression of GAT1,KCC2,GAD67,GABA A α 2 in the hippocampus,the prefrontal cortex and the amygdala between groups by Westem Blotting and analyse images and statistics.Results The expression levels of GABA A α2 in AMY of model group were significantly decreased when compared to that of in normal group (P < 0.05).In AMY,the expression levels of GAD67 in model group were significantly decreased(P < 0.01).Conclusions SPS affect GABA synthesis link building and its receptors.And SPS broke the brain excitement-suppression of balance.It provides the possible therapeutic targets for the future treatment of PTSD.Then,to provide reliable physiological and pathological basis for TCM on post-traumatic stress disorder from the discussion of"tanqi cementation".
