创伤后应激障碍样大鼠不同脑区GAT1、KCC2、GAD67、GABA的蛋白表达情况
Protein expression of GAT1, KCC2, GAD67 and GABA in different brain regions of PTSD rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the protein expression of GAT 1,KCC2,GAD67,GABA in the hippocampus,the prefrontal cortex and the amygdala of post-traumatic stress disorder rats.Methods Using SPS method to establish the rat model with PTSD and divide into model group and normal group.To investigate the protein expression of GAT1,KCC2,GAD67,GABA A α 2 in the hippocampus,the prefrontal cortex and the amygdala between groups by Westem Blotting and analyse images and statistics.Results The expression levels of GABA A α2 in AMY of model group were significantly decreased when compared to that of in normal group (P < 0.05).In AMY,the expression levels of GAD67 in model group were significantly decreased(P < 0.01).Conclusions SPS affect GABA synthesis link building and its receptors.And SPS broke the brain excitement-suppression of balance.It provides the possible therapeutic targets for the future treatment of PTSD.Then,to provide reliable physiological and pathological basis for TCM on post-traumatic stress disorder from the discussion of"tanqi cementation".关键词
