摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of fibrinolysin activity,anticoagulation and thrombolysis of cucumber seed.Methods Fibrinolytic activity was estimated by fibrin plate method;Bleeding and coagulation time were measured on rats by means of blood sampling in the eyes and tail cutting;Through the establishment of carotid arterial thrombosis model on rats to study the thrombolysis effect from cucumber seed protein.Results The fibrinolysin activity of cucumber seed protein is (1 632.26±117.33) IU/g;The bleeding and coagulation time were significantly prolonged in the anticoagulant control group、high and medium dosage cucumber seed protein groups (P<0.01),it is shown that cucumber seed protein have a good anticoagulant effect;The thrombolysis experiment result was shown that the wet weight of the thrombus were significantly lower on the rats in the anticoagulant control group,high,medium and low dose cucumber seed protein groups (P<0.01),it is shown that cucumber seed protein have significant anti-arterial thrombosis effect.Conclusion Cucumber seed protein has significant activity on effects of fibrinolysin,anticoagulation and thrombolysis.
