穴位按摩治疗晚期肺癌患者化疗致周围神经炎
Acupoints massage for the advanced lung cancer patients with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Waiguan and Wuhu acupoints massage for the advanced lung cancer patients with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy.Methods From November 2015 to April 2016,There are 60 advanced lung cancer patients with paclitaxel / platinum chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group,each group was 30 cases.In the control groups,patients were given multidimensional element piece 3 times a day,one tablet each time,and in the acupuncture groups,patients were given massage on Waiguan and Wuhu points,2 times a day,every time 20 minutes per acupuncture.Patients were followed up for 4 weeks to record numbness and pain.Results The total effective rate of acupuncture group on numbness was 96.15％,and the effective rate for pain was about 95.65％.Both were significant higher than those in the control group (61.54％,68.18％),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.001).Conclusion It is effective to relieve numbness and pain symptoms of the chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy patients with regular massage on the Waiguan point and the Wuhu point.关键词
