押手在针灸操作中的作用
Role of pressing-hand in acupuncture and moxibustion
摘要
Abstract
From the two angles of acupuncture manipulation and moxibustion manipulation,this paper illustrates and summarizes the role of hand holding.The study found that the role of pressing-hand is Fixing and confirming the location of points,induction and stimulation of meridian qi,evacuating weiqi,fixing limb,exposure point and assisting acupuncture needle into acupoints.During acupuncture,it can divert patients' attention,relieve pain,Discrimination and prompting needle sensation,enhancing the feeling of needle sensation and controlling the running direction of meridian qi.After withdrawing the needle,it does the function on reinforcing and reducing method by keeping hole opened or closed,relieving the sticking of needle,preventing unnecessary bleeding and eliminating uncomfortable needling sensation.In moxibustion manipulation,the pressing-hand can perceives the skin temperature so as to protect patients from scald,fix partition cotton or partition cloth and relieve pain in treatment:Hence,we can see that the function of pressing-hand in acupuncture manipulation and moxibustion manipulation must not be neglect.Clinical acupuncturists should pay more attention to pressing-hand and enhance clinical effects.关键词
