改良型腰椎后伸扳法治疗腰椎旋转型腰肌劳损

摘要
Abstract
Objective Evaluation of clinical efficacy of modified lumbar post extension pulling in treating lumbar rotation type lumbar muscle strain.Methods 104 cases of typical lumbar rotatory type lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into modified lumbar post extension pulling treatment group (A group) and traditional massage therapy group (B group).The clinical symptoms and signs and the improvement of the degree of imaging vertebral rotation were observed before and after treatment of the two groups.Results From the clinical curative effect,The effective rate was 94.11％ in the treatment group and the effective rate in the control group was 80.76％.The treatment group was better than the control group,P＜0.05,the difference was statistically significant.From the improvement of lumbar rotation,treatment group improvement rate was 90.19％,the control group improvement rate was 59.61％.The treatment group was better than the control group,P＜0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Modified lumbar post extension pulling lumbar rotation type lumbar muscle strain is an effective method.关键词
