摘要

Abstract

It is necessary to model the geometry of WGOTHIC when using it to analyze the pressure response of the reactor containment.The present manually modeling method is based on the two-dimensional engineering design drawings,through the human space imagination and manual mathematical operations.This method is tedious,time-consuming and adopts some conservative approximation and simplification.A new modeling method for the WGOTHIC geometry based on Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology is proposed in this paper.The present three-dimensional CAD geometry model for engineering construction is utilized and a conversion method between engineering CAD geometry and WGOTHIC geometry is developed.This method is implemented as auxiliary modeling software.The verification results with CAP1000 model show that the method could improve the efficiency of WGOTHIC geometry modeling.
