Review and prospect of optimization on earthquake wounded distribution and operation scheduling
摘要
Abstract
The reasonable scheduling of the wounded can effectively improve the efficiency of the rescue and reduce the casualties caused by the disaster under the earthquake situation.The wounded dispatching is summarized as the earthquake casualty rescue vehicle scheduling,the route choice and optimization of the wounded rescue vehicle,and the operation of earthquake casualty.This paper analyzed the existing research results of the rescue vehicle scheduling and operation scheduling problem,pointed out the deficiencies of the existing scheduling model and the selection of the objective function.It discussed the application of behavior operation management in the operation process,and summarized the future research directions.Finally,through the above research,thid paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages,and prospected the research trend of the earthquake casualty dispatching and operation scheduling problem in China.关键词
