The Custom of Drinking Tea in the Later Period of the Ming Dynasty-An Analysis Based on Novels in the Same Period
摘要
Abstract
People liked drinking tea in the later period of Ming Dynasty with the increasing of living standard.There were many descriptions of this custom in novels of that time.Through the combing of these contents, it is found out that this custom reflected a rich and luxurious daily eating life which was different from the frugal and thrifty life in the early period of the Ming Dynasty.Many men of insight were very worried about it and tried to advocate a thrifty life.But such kind of advocacy brought unremarkable results.关键词
