Influence of systematic cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training on exercise endurance and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of systematic cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training on exercise endurance and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 100 cases of rehabilitation CHD patients who treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were divided into control group and experimental group,according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine medical therapy and conventional intervention according to CHD treatment guidelines,while the experimental group was given the systematic cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The heart function was evaluated before and after intervention.Six-minute walking distance test (6MWD) was performed to evaluate exercise endurance.The health survey scales (SF-36) was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients.Results: In the experimental group,the indexes of heart function and the results of 6 MWD in the rehabilitation period of CHD patients were significantly improved after intervention,and better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension in the SF-36 scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion: Systematic cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training could significantly improve the cardiac function of rehabilitation CHD patients,improve the exercise endurance and the quality of life of patients.关键词
