心理干预对标准疗法根除幽门螺旋杆菌感染出现耐药病人的影响
Influence of FMEA nursing management model on postpartum urinary retention

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of FMEA nursing management model on postpartum urinary retention.Methods:A total of 94 cases of patients with Hp infection in our hospital,the patient received standard therapy after intervention,the emergence of drug resistance.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into routine group and intervention group with 47 cases in each group.The patients in the routine group received general treatment and nursing care.The patients in the intervention group received psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Then,two groups of patients were observed for clinical nursing service measures,the quality of life score and the improvement of psychological anxiety were summarized.Results:After FMEA nursing management mode,the incidence of postpartum urinary retention was significantly reduced,and the comfort and satisfaction rate of pregnant women was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:FMEA nursing management mode could effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum urinary retention,it was conducive to improve the comfort of maternal satisfaction,improve the quality of nursing in obstetrics and gynecology department.关键词
