摘要

Abstract

Based on analysis of the magnetic grinding mechanism and the permanent magnet pole structure draw the shape of the pole surface is the key factors which impact of magnetic field distribution and magnetic abrasive quality.Magnet pole is simulated by ANSYS,and distribution of the magnetic field lines and magnetic field intensity were comparatively analyzed.It is concluded that when the ratio of the radius of removal material and bottom material is 1 ∶ 3 and the ratio of rectangular slot depth and width is 1 ∶ 1,the magnetic field strength generated by the processing area can reach 0.85 ~ 1.2T.This design method based on the sim ulation software provide a theoretical reference for design of magnet pole.
