Abstract
A thrust force model for carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP)/aluminum alloys stacks is established in this paper.Firstly,drilling process is described according to the stack style and five stages are addressed.Secondly,a model for dynamic thrust force in drilling of CFRP/ aluminum-alloy stacks is proposed and then the integration limits in the model are analyzed with accordance to the drilling stages.Finally,drilling experiments of stack structure are conducted to obtain the instantaneous thrust forces signal.It shows that the present model is in an well agreement with the experimental data.Therefore,the present model is capable to predict the dynamic thrust force in drilling of CFRP/aluminum-alloy stacks.关键词
