摘要

Abstract

To make the precast chamber maintain the internal temperature within 5 ℃ to 25 ℃ under the external ambient temperature at-25 ℃ to 55 ℃,this paper proposes its composite enclosure structure,establishes the calculation model of complex thermal conductivity coefficient and the effective heat transfer coefficient of the solar radiative effect and also proposes the theoretical calculation method for heat load,which is used to calculate the heat load for the precast chamber.Based on the theory of computational fluid dynamics and the principle of the heat transfer,it also simulates the intemal flow field and the thermal field for the chamber by CFD software,establishes the evaluation model of the thermal environment,which is used to evaluate the ergonomic comfort of the thermal environment for the internal chamber.The calculation result for the thermal parameter is compliant with the engineering practice,and the results of simulation and evaluation of the intemal environment show that the distribution of the flow field and the thermal field in the chamber is uniform,its thermal design is reasonable,the ergonomic comfort of the thermal environment of the internal chamber is good.The method above can be used to calculate the thermal parameter for new chamber and the results can be used as the design basis of the engineering application for the precast chamber.
