注浆加固套管抗弯性能对煤层底板变形的影响
The effect of flexural behavior of the grouting reinforcement casing on coal seam floor deformation

Abstract
In view of the failure form of the coal seam floor, in-situ grouting engineering, and the cas-ing arrangement, the floor grouting casing pipe physical model was established. The casing was divided into segments and stress analysis was carried out; the action and reaction mechanism of the casing and the surrounding rock is clarified; The grouting casing deformation characteristics were recognized and determined as an important index to measure the deformation and failure of the grouting reinforcement floor; the formula for the maximum displacement of the allowable bottom plate of the casing is derived theoretically; finally the effect of typical mining grouting casing on the floor deformation was obtained numerically. The data have shown that the vertical displacement quantity of the monitoring points lo-cated in the active zone, the passive zone and the transitional zone of the floor respectively changed by 20%, 23.2% and 27.5% after the casing was applied. This fully proves the transition zone is the key re-gion of the coupling between casing and surrounding rock.关键词
