Abstract

Cemented backfilling with waste rock and cement is the best way to realize efficient and no waste mining in a deep buried ore body. Therefore, the compressive strengths of cemented waste rock backfills with seven different mixture ratios at different solidification durations were measured with the rock mechanics testing machine of RMT-150B. Based on the test results, the damage theory models and the energy dissipation equations of cemented waste rock backfill and surrounding rock were established, and applied to the test stope of the No.2 ore body in the western district of Baoshan mine to analyze its matching characteristics. The results have shown that the damage coefficients of backfills increase ex-ponentially with its strain: the damage values of the peak stress and the stress potential energy of back-fills increase with the loess content, and decrease with the cement content; the matching coefficient of cemented waste rock backfill and sand shale increases with the buried depth of the ore body and de-creases with the elastic modulus; the matching coefficient of cemented waste rock backfill with mixture ratio type D and sand shale when it is more than 1 is the reasonable matching for the mine.
