颞叶海绵状血管瘤继发性癫痫手术治疗的效果
The effect of surgical treatment of temporal lobe cavernous hemangioma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of surgery for secondary epilepsy of temporal lobe cavernous hemangioma.Method The clinical data and follow-up results of 8 epilepsy of temporal lobe cavernous hemangioma treated in our department from 2011 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Preoperative patients underwent cranial MRI,long-term video EEG monitoring and other comprehensive evaluation,intraoperative electrocorticogram monitoring.Results Patients were followed up for 1 to 5 years,By Engel grading curative effect of gradeⅠin 5 cases,gradeⅡin 2 cases,grade Ⅲ in 1 case.Conclusion Surgical treatment of temporal lobe cavernous hemangioma with secondary epilepsy can achieve good results.关键词
