Abstract
Only the working states of the transmitting calibration and receiving calibration are considered in calibration network analysis generally.But for large aperture array antenna,the phase difference between the feed ports is big and even up to 180 degrees under the normal working condition besides the calibrating state.Therefore,in order to avoid burning the network by the large internal power,the affections of various working states of the whole radar system on the calibration network has to take into account.In this paper,the circuit model is built by using ADS software and the analysis of power and phase distributions in the network is made under various working conditions.The simulation and analysis results show the internal power handling of the calibration network.This offers a reference to the improvement design of the calibration network,which can improve the design reliability of the calibration network effectively.The results of the analysis are accurate,reliable and effective.关键词
