A flexible design system for hot runner of injection mould
摘要
Abstract
The hot runner of injection mould design is a time consuming and low automation level process.A design method based on sketch features merging is proposed for complex manifold plate design.This method decomposed a manifold plate into separate sketch features and reconstructed the manifold sketch by parametric drawing and automatic trimming with adjacent entities.Furthermore,the automatic assembly of hot runner accessories was finished by using the set assembly rules.The hot runner design system was developed on the SolidWorks platform.The application of this system shows that it has high efficiency and flexibility and is suitable for complex hot runner design.关键词
