摘要

Abstract

Moldflow was used to analyze and obtain the best gate position in injection mould of dashboard airbag box.Based on the best gate,series of problems such as filling time and plastic part deformation were analyzed,and then rationality of the gate position was verified.According to the result,the injection mould of dashboard airbag box was designed based on UG,and general assembly drawing was obtained.The mould structure was reasonable,simple and practical,and the products satisfied the requirements of good quality and high accuracy.
