摘要

Abstract

Combined with the products requirements of the same side enclosed,both sides of the concave features needing to synchronize,and multiple side core pulling structure characteristics,ejection mechanism with slider on both sides and the injection mould were designed.So,the difficulty of mechanism design were solved well.With simple structure,the product characteristics of the core pulling and automatic molding production are realized,the production mould cost and the cost of injection molding products are effectively reduced.The structural design is reasonable,compact and stable.
