摘要

Abstract

Intercom shell owns a thin shell structure with uniform wall thickness,in which one rectangular hole is located at the bottom center circle.It is large batch production,and the surface needs to be smooth and flawless.Through the analysis of structural features of intercom shell,an injection mould of two cavity with inner and outer core pulling is designed.The mould uses the hot runner system,the gate point is located at the best gate position of the plastic part,so as to reduce the pressure and the temperature loss,improve the plastic part quality.The mould structure is reasonable,it can move reliably,stripping,smoothly,and produce high precision plastic parts,which fully meet customer requirements.
