General anesthesia management of patients undergoing laparoscopic bariatric surgery
摘要
Abstract
With the development of economy and improvement of people's living standard, the number of overweight and obesity people increases sharply.At present, obesity is not only an independent disease, but also easy to merge a range of other diseases, not only reduced the quality of patients' life, the life expectancy was shortened, but also greatly consumed a national medical and health resources, imposed a significant economic and social burden on the country.Weight reduction can ease and control the obesity related diseases, reduce long-term mortality.At present, especially for morbid obesity patients, laparoscopic bariatric operation is effective for a long time.So, the morbid obesity patients undergoing laparoscopic bariatric surgery represent a particular challenge for the anesthesiologist.This review will focus on the perioperative anesthetic management of morbidly obese patients undergoing laparoscopic bariatric surgery.关键词
