负载型蒙脱土制备及其聚丙烯纳米复合材料结晶性能研究
Preparation of β-nucleator supported montmorillonite and crystallization of its filled isotactic polypropylene nanocomposites

Abstract
Montmorillonite(MMT)generally has α-nucleating ability for isotactic polypropylene(iPP).In order to obtain a novel MMT with β-nucleating surface(β-MMT),calcium pimelate(CaHA)as β-nucleator chemically supported on the surface of MMT was prepared through the chemical reaction between pimelic acid(HA)and calcium salt on the surface of MMT.Thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectrometry confirmed the formation of CaHA on the surface of MMT.The differential scanning calorimeter and XRD illustrate that the iPP nanocomposites filled by MMT and β-MMT exhibit MMT with different β-nucleating surface is obtained.Addition of MMT with β-nucleating surface into iPP matrix significantly increased the melting temperature and β-phase content,and can easily prepare the β-iPP nanocomposites with high β-phase content.关键词
