MCPA6/PEO共混材料的相容性与增韧机理研究
Cotibility and toughening mechanism research of MCPA6/PEO blends

Abstract
A series of MCPA6/PEO(monomer casting PA6/polyethylene oxide)blends were prepared via in-situ polymerization.The effect of PEO on the mechanical properties of the MCPA6 was investigated and the toughening mechanism was researched.The cotibility between MCPA6 phase and PEO phase was inferred by the chain conformation and solubility parameter,respectively.It was found that the introduction of 3wt% content PEO with middle molecular weight dramatically improved the toughness of MCPA6.By addition of PEO,the fracture surface of the blend became rough,displaying character of tough fracture.The interface between MCPA6 phase and PEO phase was diffused,and the MCPA6 matrix around the PEO particles presented fibrous structure which played a function in stress dispersion as a bridge connection.关键词
