不同植被恢复模式对根际土壤MBC/WSOC的影响
Effects of different vegetation restoration types on soil microbial biomass carbon and water soluble organic carbon of rhizosphere soil
摘要
Abstract
This paper mainly studies the effects of different vegetation restoration types on soil microbial biomass carbon(MBC)and water soluble organic carbon(WSOC)of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil in red soil,expecting to provide restoration measures for degraded land in red soil area.Pinus massoniana and Schima superb mixed forest(MM)were taken as the control,Pinus massoniana and broad-leaved tree multiple layer forest(MK),broad-leaf mixed forest(KY)and enclosing & tending forset(FY)as research subjects.The result shows that soil MBC content and WSOC content decrease with the soil depth in all kinds of vegetation restoration types.The MBC content of rhizosphere soil is higher than that of the non-rhizosphere soil,but the WSOC content of the former is lower than the latter.The soil MBC contents in rhizoshere soil in MK and MM are significantly correlated with soil WSOC contents respectively,and the MBC contents in non-rhizosphere soil in MM,MK and KY are significant correlated with their soil WSOC contents separately.In a word,the MBC and WSOC contents in all vegetation restoration types have significant differences between the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils.关键词
