Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of oral medicine management based on trans-theoretical model for chronic nephropathy patients. Methods Patients with chronic nephropathy disease in Department of Nephropathy in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University were selected and divided into control group including 232 patients who were admitted between March and July of 2015 and received normal nursing and medicine taking, and experiment group including 246 patients who were admitted from August and December of 2015, and in which trans-theoretical model-based oral medicine management was implemented. Medication compliance was compared between two groups at discharge, 10 days, 1 month and 6 months after discharge. Results Medication compliance at discharge was not significantly different (F=207.416,P=0.055) in two groups. Medication compliance at 10 days, 1 month, and 6 months after discharge of experiment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The medication compliance scores of two groups were gradually decreased with the time going after discharge. Conclusion The oral medicine management based on trans-theoretical model can effectively improve medication compliance of patients with chronic nephropathy disease, but as time passes after discharge, the compliance will relatively decline.关键词
