自制负压引流联合安普贴换药对重度压疮患者的效果观察
Effectiveness of Home-made Vacuum Drainage Combined with Algoplaque on Patients with Severe Pressure Sores

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of home-made vacuum drainage combined with Algoplaque on patients with severe pressure sores. Methods Ninety patients with severe pressure ulcers were randomly divided into control group, observation group 1 and group 2 with 30 cases in each group. The patients were treated with Algoplaque in control group, meanwhile a home-made vacuum drainage and Algoplaque in observation group 1 and VSD technology in observation group 2. The pain scores, dressing times, wound healing time, patients' satisfaction and the total cost in three groups were compared. Results Wound healing time and dressing times in three groups indicated statistical significance (F=175.961, P<0.001; F=5017.527, P<0.001). There were shortest wound healing time and least dressing times in observation group 1, followed by observation group 2 and control group. The dressing cost in each group showed statistical significance (F=1029.377, P<0.001), with the least in observation group 1, followed by control group and observation group 2. The pain score and patients' satisfaction in three groups had statistical significance (F=63.132, P<0.001;F=43.286, P<0.001). The pain score in observation group 1 was the lowest, followed by control group and observation group 2 and as to patients' satisfaction, observation group 1 ranked the top, followed by control group and observation 2. Conclusion Three different dressing methods are suitable for patients with severe pressure sores, but home-made suction drainage combined with Algoplaque is economic and comfortable for it is effective for reducing the pain of patients and improving the nursing quality.关键词
