基于交往空间的社区归属感研究——以银川市为例
Study on Community Attachment Based on Communication Space——Taking Yinchuan as An Example

Abstract
Good communication space is favorable for the generation of community attachment.The building of community attachment is the core of city community construction.The article made satisfaction survey on community attachment in typical Hui-Han mixed dwelling city-Yinchuan.ArcGIS is used for spatial representation analysis to evaluate the community attachment of Yinchuan based on communication space with analytic hierarchy process.The result shows that,Xingqing District,Jinfeng District,Xixia District are in sequence of strong sense of belonging to weak;the key factors to influence community attachment are sports and entertainment space and communication space between houses,and the weakness of resident community attachment largely depends on deficiency of communication spaces such as fitness field and residents hallway.The influence mechanism of Yinchuan community space on sense of belonging:the location difference is obvious that the community with beautiful environment and high-end tenement has strong sense of belongings;Developers provide traditional communication space without considering the subjective feeling of home owners,which makes the perception of affiliation weak;Intensive residential structure alienates the relation between community residents.关键词
