宁夏工业生产过程温室气体核算研究
Study on Calculation on Greenhouse Gases Released during Industrial Process in Ningxia
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of investigation,the industries of cement clinker,lime,and calcium carbide production,the virgin aluminum electrolysis,the pig-iron smelting,the production of ferrosilicon and silicon carbide,the magnesium smelting and manganese electrolysis are selected as the object of study.The article calculates the greenhouse gases released during the industrial processes from 2005 to 2013 with the method recommended by the 2006 IPCC Guidelinses for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories.The result shows that the released greenhouse gases from industrial process in Ningxia area increased from 6.36 million t to 18.52 million t,8 a increased 2.91 times,and the average growth rate per annum of which is higher than that of GDP in Ningxia area.It varied positively,however,since 2012,and the elastic coefficient of both is below 1;from the side of industry distribution,more than 80% of total emission is from the industries of cement clinker production,lime production,and virgin aluminium electrolysis;over 50% of release is from de-carbonation and over 40% from raw material oxidation from the type of emission source.The greenhouse gas reduction can be developed from 3 major aspects:the replacement of carbonate materials by non-carbonate,the recovery and application of carbon dioxide,and the exploration of using metal inert anode to replace carbon anode during the process of virgin aluminium electrolysis.关键词
