ZSM-5小颗粒团聚体的制备及其MTP催化性能研究
Study on Synthesis of Zeolite ZSM-5 Small Particle Aggregates and Their Catalytic Performance for Methanol to Propylene Reaction
摘要
Abstract
Taking macroporous silica gel and NaAlO2 as raw materials and TPABr as template,the ZSM-5 small particle aggregates were synthesized with hydrothermal crystallization method.The structures were characterized with XRD,SEM,NH3-TPD,N2 physical absorption,XRF,and TG methods.The article also investigates the catalytic performance of their methanol to propylene (MTP) reaction.Comparing with the samples prepared according to the documents,the small particle aggregates of ZSM-5 have richer mesoporous and better anti-carbon performance,perform better propylene selectivity and stability in MTP reaction,their average selectivity of propylene is 47.27%,and the conversion per pass turns to 300 h.关键词
