Effect of NaCl Stress on Different Kinds of Maize Inbred Lines Seed Germinal and Salt Tolerance Comparison between Germplasm
摘要
Abstract
The article screens out salt tolerant maize variety suitable for the cultivation in saline-alkali soil and excavates the germplasm of salt tolerated maize.Taking newly-cultivated local superior maize inbred line in Ningxia as the researching object,the article analyzes the salt tolerance of 20 collected maize samples with the method of NaCl solution with different concentration simulating salt stress,and makes a comparison on the strength of salt tolerance with Fuzzy Membership Function.The result shows that the germination rate and germination potential of sample reduced evidently as the rise of NaCl concentration,showing significant difference between comparison(P<0.05);the samples code 70,45,31,59,65 of 20 samples have strong salt tolerance,which can be used for the salt tolerated variety,can be planted in soil with higher salt content.关键词
