卡那霉素B工程菌的构建及其发酵特性研究
Study on the Construction of Kanamycin B Engineering Bacteria and Its Fermentation Characteristics

Abstract
The article studies the construction of high yield Kanamycin B industrialized engineering bacterial.Taking Streptomyces tenebrarius S.tenebrarius 312,which mainly produces carbamoy kanamycin B engineering bacteria,as the original strain,it further removes Carbamyl phosphate transferase genes tobZ and obtains the engineering bacteria ST314 which can directly produce kanamycin B,the article also studies the biosynthesis potential of engineering bacteria ST314,conducts scaleup experiment on 200 L fermentation tank,measures parameters,and draws fermentation-metabolism curve accordingly.The result shows that,the bacterial strain is stable in hereditary character,the ability of anti-body producing is recovered effectively to around 2 times higher,and the ability of producing kanamycin B of the engineering bacteria reaches 4500 U/mL.The making of streptomycete ST314 can be shifted into industrialization.关键词
