Abstract
Wu-fang Yuan-yin (五方元音) is of great value in Chinese phonological history.The number of syllables and words embodied in it is thoroughly sorted and counted in this paper.Besides, a preliminary discussion about these syllables and words is also made in the hope of creating a rigorous and precise phonological chart that may inform relevant scholars in their phonological research endeavors.关键词
