摘要

Abstract

The sense of fulfillment and accomplishment on the part of university teachers derived from their ideological and political teaching has a direct impact on the outcome of both teaching and learning as well as on the cultivation of students' moral vibes.The results of questionnaires and surveys conducted on college teachers in the southwest of Henan Province show that college teachers in charge of political and ideological education there generally lack a sense of fulfillment in their teaching and that some teachers even suffer certain degrees of occupational anxiety and burnout, which should not be ignored.In order to enhance the sense of accomplishment of those teachers, multi-channel effective measures are proposed in this paper.
