筛网倾斜式筛分装置物料运动轨迹研究
Material Motion Trajectory of Small Sieve Device with Inclined Screens
摘要
Abstract
At present,most of screening equipment is bulky,expensive and not convenient to carry,and there is a lack of screening equipment especially for material preparation.Aimed at the existing defects,a screening device with inclined screens used for preparation was designed.Based on screening theory of single particle,the mathematical formula about trajectory of the material on the sieve were deduced.The motion trajectory of the material under given conditions was simulated by the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS.It was found that,once falling from the inclined screen,the material could return to the top of the inclined screen by the exciting force,and the inclined screen was used repeatedly and the desired design objectives was achieved in the conditions of the 100 mm diameter screen,960 r/s motor speed.and 5 degrees tilt angle of screen.The research results can make up the deficiency and provides the reference for further related study.关键词
