Abstract
This paper presents a systematic introduction to EU's funds management in the Project of "Horizon 2020", and makes an analysis and summary on the practice of EU in terms of review on the financial capacity of applicants, budget declaration, budget management, funds appropriation, funds supervision and assessment, etc. It also concludes the mode and characteristics of EU's management of scientific research project funds in respect of funds allocation and utilization, risk control and so on, finally, gives some suggestions for China's management of scientific research funds.关键词
