New States and New Features of Scientific Talent Mobility
摘要
Abstract
The global mobility of scientific talent is caused by globalization. Countries all over the world compete for talent intensely. This paper investigates new states and new features of the global mobility of scientific talent based on the moving-in and moving-out data and the oversea talent policies of typical countries, and also analyses the reasons for talent mobility. Above theoretical results are important reference for Chinese government making reasonable talent policies.关键词
