级联法设计时滞滤波器抑制双摆起重机货物摆动
摘要
Abstract
When the crane hook is heavy,the object is light,and the suspension from the hook to object is long,the crane cargo indicates double-swing dynamic characteristics,but it's difficult to prevent the cargo from swinging by restraining vibration of single mode flexible system.The paper introduces the double-swing model for the gantry crane object,analyzes the swing frequency and swing amplitude of the objects,and describes the time delay filter for restraining vibration of multi-module flexible system designed using the cascade method.The time delay filter is applied to the swing of doubleswing crane object in the simulated test,and the result shows that the time delay filter can effectively prevent the hook and object from swinging,and guarantee the response speed of the system.关键词
