摘要

Abstract

As the belt conveyer becomes larger and more environment-friendly,the flipping device is applied more and more widely to improve the overall performance and conveying efficiency.The key of designing the flipping device is to determine the minimum distance of the flipping section.During design calculation,the conveyor belt allowable strength,working tension,and sag shall be taken into account,and the folding phenomenon of the conveying belt at the flipping section shall be prevented.In terms of the type of the flipping device of the belt conveyer,several common calculation methods for the distance of flipping section are described and analyzed in the paper to summarize the design emphases for flipping section of the belt conveyer.
